Are you our Business Optimization Program Manager who shares our passion and dares to challenge and likes to be challenged?
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Day-to-day management of company-wide efficiency improvement and transformation program;
- Work closely with senior management, functional experts, program leads in countries to identify cost saving opportunities and develop execution plans for identified initiatives.
- Manage and motivate stakeholders to ensure progress in execution
- Facilitate regular steering committee meetings
- Track the progress/status of KPIs of program initiatives
- Providing deep functional support to Finance, HR, Operations and IT directors in working with their functions
What you bring:
- A recent track record of successfully implementing and delivering major performance improvement programmes
- Strong financial background, fact-based approach, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills to motivate and mobilize both senior and junior stakeholders
- Willingness to stretch as required by project milestones
- Solid technical and functional skills to deal with various aspects of the change programmes
- A Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years work experience
- Fluency in English – working knowledge of German/Spanish/French/Dutch will be a plus
- Experience in the Entertainment Industry and/or consultancy will be a plus
- Experience in a matrix organization is a plus
- Availability to travel across Europe is required
